EDIT: DO read instructions on HOW to truly flush out machine (Pushing both buttons at once) if if if this machine ever starts giving you half full cups. YOu must then push BOTH the bottom 2 buttons at same time to trigger a true flush of system. This IS in the instruction manuel, which no one reads.AnywaYMy first few days with this, the water DID leak out from two places, from the bottom of the removable water tank, ( i did not have it pushed in far enough/tight enough, so once i took Extra care to ensure the tank is 100% on completely? problem solved)HOwever, like i said, the water leaked from two places, the 2nd place being from the top, as if the water could not/would not go Through the coffee pod. To solve THAT? I made habit of always punching the coffee pod with the lid twice. You know that lid that comes down after you place a pod in the cup? Lift that lid back up agian, and press it down ONE MORE TIME to ensure the hole in top side of the coffee pod is well made.SINCE THEN? I have made 100s of cups of coffee, NO MORE LEAKS. Just those two steps----ensure that the removable tank is 100% re-attached super perfectly.and step two------------for some reason------- punch the top of the coffee pod TWO times with the top lid that comes down over it. TA-DA !! ZERO LEAKS ever since then.and also--------I like this because it has a removable water tank which is VIP to me. Most keurig type of coffee makers have a water tank that sit there full of water all day and all night long, getting slimey with water in place 24/7. There is not alot you can do about it to get that tank super clean and dry Every every day...............Which is exactly why we bought THIS machine.------------- Every night, or =========soon as we are done making morning coffees, ---------------we take off the tank, turn it upside down onto the cup holder area of the machine so it can air dry to become bone dry to prevent that slime, and in addition we also remove and open up the pod receptacle to air, and leave it all to air dry all night, to prevent that secret slime building up in the machine. ..................................so, that is our slime phobia thing, is those slime ridden tanks found in most coffee machines. But not THIS one, so yay!! We are very happy with this machine. NO SLIME! Easy to keep dry every day.It is nice and small, and we are very pleased to have a coffee machine that is both narrow and has a removable tank. Coffee is piping Hot.On the downside, ---------------------the little cup holder thing does seem flimsy IF IF IF you do choose to set the cup holder thing up high. We do not, we just put our cup on the thing at the bottom. How to explain, see, the little thing you set your empty cup upon? that thing, is 'adjustable' so IF you wanted to, you 'could' move that tray up higher. (why?) So If you do choose to move the cup tray up higher? the tray does not seem super sturdy, but who knows. We are happy to have our cup down lower, we do not raise the tray up higher. (i'm not sure what is the point to do that,, ? it is harder to get cup IN and OUt of the tray if you hook it up higher..) IF you leave the cup tray down low? is perfectly fine, then it is Not flimsy/very sturdy. We rate it 5 stars for small size and removable tank. Works just fine, no leakage since we learned to punch pod TWO times and to ensure the water tank is on tightly and perfectly.
